Returns and Referrals Policy
°Musica will accept any returns of the product within 30 calendar days from the moment the customer received the item.

° Musica will accept returns and provides referrals if the musical instrument is damage upon delivery due to unforeseen event and technical defects.
​
° Musica will accept refunds but with the following conditions;
​
> if the instrument delivered has a defect and the customer does not want an exchange of any related instrument then Musica will give 90% refund and the remaining 10% will be accounted for Musica to cover the cost of delivery.
> If the customer wants a refund but with no valid reason then Musica will not provide any refunds at all.
(NOTE: If the instrument is damage only upon by such act of a man/customer then no refund, no returns and no referrals at all. )
